The Booking Process

First Steps

Please get in touch via our Party Enquiry form detailing your party date preference, no of children, theme choice (we can help with this!) and postcode of event location.

Set up / Collection

We will arrange a convenient time to come and set up for you!  We are very flexible and will try and accommodate surprises where we can!

We will also arrange a convenient time to come and pack it down and collect.

Booking Form

Once we have confirmed your date is available, please complete the Booking Form.  We then take a 50% deposit to secure your date with the balance due 7 days before your event date. 

Social Media

We love to share our set ups on our socials if you are happy for us to use yours!  We always ensure no personal photos or items are displayed in the background,

What we need from you!

All we need from you is a list of your party guests a week before for the personalised chalk boards.

We also just need to ensure you have measured up and have the space required and have cleared the necessary space on the day!
